A manager posts an open shift through the dashboard or app in under 30 seconds. The system validates requirements, availability, and hours caps automatically. Shifts can also be triggered by absence reports or schedule changes.

Rosta's broadcast engine notifies qualified workers in order of their SURE Score (reliability rating). Elite-tier workers receive the offer instantly. If nobody accepts, the next tier is notified after a short window. The escalation continues automatically until the shift is filled.

A worker taps accept on their phone. Rosta confirms the booking, notifies the manager, and updates the schedule. The entire process leaves a full audit trail. No manual follow-up required.

Workers see their tier, not their numeric score. This encourages improvement without creating a public leaderboard. Managers and owners see the full score for rostering decisions.

If all available workers decline or do not respond, Rosta automatically escalates to manager alert at Level 4. You decide the next step, with full context already in front of you.

The Shift Uptake and Reliability Engine (SURE) tracks every shift event and builds a longitudinal reliability profile for every worker on the platform.
