Workers with a reliability score of 90 or above receive the shift offer the moment it is broadcast. These are your most dependable people: early, consistent, and proven.
Score: 70–89
Solid, consistent workers who meet their commitments. If no Elite worker has accepted within five minutes, this tier receives the offer. Still well ahead of any manual process.
Score: 40–69
Workers who have had some lapses but remain in the pool. They receive the offer at 20 minutes if the shift is still open. Each outcome, positive or negative, is scored and tracked.
If the shift remains unfilled after an hour, the system escalates to the manager with a notification and a shortlist of recommended workers. Manual intervention as a last resort, not a first step.
