When a shift opens, you get a notification. Review the details and tap accept. Done. The whole thing takes seconds.
Your SURE Score follows you across every organisation on the platform. Reliable workers are always in demand.
Accept or decline any shift. Set your availability. Rosta works around your schedule, not the other way around.
Be recognised for your reliability. Every shift you complete is a data point that builds your professional reputation on the platform.
Consistent attendance over 60-plus days. Accept shifts when offered. Zero no-shows. Arrive on time, every time.
Accept a few more shifts when offered and maintain your attendance record. You're close.
Complete your next five shifts without issues. Your score will visibly improve. The path back is real and achievable.
The SURE Score is not a public leaderboard. Only you and the organisations you work with can see your tier. It exists to help you, not to embarrass you.
A manager at one of your organisations posts an open shift. Rosta checks your qualifications, availability, and hours automatically.
A push notification arrives with the shift details: date, time, location, role, and any requirements. You see exactly what you're committing to.
One tap accepts the shift. You're confirmed. The manager is notified automatically. Your shift is locked in and appears in your schedule.
Yes. Declining a shift you were offered has a small negative effect on your score. Not accepting any of your offered shifts will reduce your score faster than declining individually. Keep your availability updated to avoid receiving shifts you can't take.
Cancel as early as possible. A last-minute cancellation (under 4 hours before the shift) has the same penalty as a no-show. Early cancellation is always better. Life happens, but the platform works better when everyone is honest about availability.
Each tier has its own broadcast window. Elite workers get the most time. If you don't respond within the window, the offer moves to the next tier. Responding promptly (even to decline) is always better than ignoring.
The penalty formula is proportional: the lower your score, the smaller the absolute penalty for any single event. Nobody gets permanently locked out. Consistent positive behaviour always rebuilds your score over time.
Your manager will send you an invite link, QR code, or email. Follow it to create your account or log in. You'll be added to the organisation automatically.
Add your work rights, upload any required certifications (RSA, First Aid, etc.), and set your availability. The platform only offers you shifts you're qualified and available for.
As soon as shifts open that match your profile, you'll be notified. Accept the ones that suit you. Your SURE Score starts building from your very first shift.
Ask your organisation for an invite link, or visit the website to learn more.
